Dry Pit Submersible Pumps

Indachem supplies the Cornell Pump equivalent to Dry Pit Submersible Pumps. The Cornell Immersible pump is supplied with a Totally Enclosed Blower Cooled (TEBC) motor that is designed to run in air. It is basically a TEFC type motor that has been modified to be able to run under as much as 30 feet of water for as long as two weeks in the event of a flood. However, unlike traditional Dry Pit Submersible Pumps, you are able to maintain the higher efficiency of a dry pit pump and motor during normal operation, there are no cooling jackets, and no maintenance. Furthermore, the TEBC motor can be serviced at any local motor shop. Cornell’s equivalent to Dry Pit Submersible Pumps provides the lowest operating cost.
